Keep in cool, dry place
1. To steam, steam 600g of fish for 10 minutes. Pour in 1 packet IKAN Brand paste. Let it steam for another 5 minutes. 2. To fry, stir-fry 600g of prawn/squid/chicken together with 1 packet of IKAN BRAND paste for 15 minutes. Continue cooking until seafood is cooked.
